
Whiskey Smash
- 3 Lemon Wedges
- 60ml Joyce’s Whiskey
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 4 Mint Leaves
- Garnish: Mint Sprig
How To Make Joyce’s Whiskey Smash:
- Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker
- Add Joyce’s, mint leaves & ice – shake until well chilled
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
Mint Sprig Garnish Tip: Firmly slap the mint sprig over the back of your hand before garnishing; this releases the oils to make the mint more aromatic
Old Fashioned
- 60ml Joyce’s Irish Whiskey
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel (For Garnish)

How To Make Joyce’s Old Fashioned:
- Combine the Simple Syrup & Bitters in a Rocks Glass, fill with ice & stir to combine
- Add Joyce’s and stir for 30 seconds to chill and dilute
- Add Orange Peel to garnish (Optional)
Garnish Alternative Option: You can replace the Orange Peel with Luxardo Cherry if preferable to your pallet

Whiskey Sour
- 60ml Joyce’s Irish Whiskey
- 25ml Lemon Juice (Fresh)
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 15ml Egg White (Optional)
- Angostura Bitters (For Garnish)
How To Make Joyce’s Irish Whiskey Sour:
- Add Joyce’s, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and (if using) Egg White to a shaker & dry shake without Ice for 30 seconds
- Add Ice and shake again until well chilled
- Strain into a Rocks Glass
- Garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura Bitters
